The Three-Day Experience
Three intentional days on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland designed to reset, rebuild, and reconnect. This is not a vacation. It is not a conference. It is an intentional return to self and to service. The retreat is structured to create space for deep personal work while building collective momentum. You'll engage in experiential practices, facilitated conversations, reflective exercises, and connection with like-minded practitioners and advocates.
Day 1: Reset

Day 2: Rebuild
Rebuild inner capacity and resilience. Reconnect with your purpose and clarify your role in the profession's future.
